Good News and Bad News
I hope that you have been enjoying each part of Gingerbread Christmas. From the number of downloads of this kit, I think that you have! But I have bad news for you. Today is the last day of Gingerbread Christmas! I know, it’s a sad day. Although this is the last day of the kit, I do have an alpha for you that I’ll be posting in December. It’s a really simple one, but it fits the theme.
Now for the good news. Tomorrow is the first day you’ll be able to download a new / old kit. I’ve reworked my Thanksgiving kit from last year a bit and will be offering that as a freebie again this year. I’ve broken it into 3 downloads so that you’ll receive one part each of the next three days. And don’t worry if you aren’t online on Thanksgiving day. The download link will still be there for you!
Now, on to today’s freebie. As I said, this is the last part of GBC. Here’s the preview for this freebie as well as all the necessary download links. Enjoy!
I have a lot to do to get my house in shape for company on Thursday and then this weekend, too. As you prepare for your holiday feast on Thursday, don’t forget about those things for which you are truly thankful. After all, isn’t that what this holiday is all about?!?
I know that I am thankful for each and every one of you who have so faithfully supported me in this adventure of digital design! And I’m thankful for my family that puts up with me disappearing into the dungeon to sit at my computer and “work” hours on end!

My brother died in Afghanistan last week. This week I am Thankful that I was able to say my brother was a hero and died protecting others. I am so proud of him. I am Thankful for his wife who loved my brother with all her heart. They were only married for 8 months but their love will last forever.
Most of all I am Thankful for my husband and children. They are my love and my strength. Without them my life would be very different indeed.
I would ask that you pray for our family and the families of the other soldiers who gave it all.
