Gingerbread Christmas Part 2
I’m back with the first promised add-on for Gingerbread Christmas. I had wanted to get this posted earlier today, but had a dr’s appointment this morning. Not to worry, this was just my twice yearly check-up. The doc wants to see me every 6 months to monitor my diabetes. So far, he’s been very pleased with what I’m able to do just by watching my diet and losing some weight. It’s a slow process, losing weight, that is. I’ve lost only 10 lbs. since my last visit, but he was pleased and so was I! Ten pounds every 6 months, adds up to 20 pounds a year. At this rate by 2013 I should be down to my goal weight. At this point, that’s probably too low for me, but I’d rather have a low goal. At least it gives me something to aim for.
