It’s been such a long time since I was able to give you any freebies. With only half of the RAM that I’m used to, things take so long to do. However, I spent some time Saturday and Sunday evenings working on some QP’s for you. It took me about twice as long as I’m used to, but I’m happy with the final outcome.
I was able to do some CT work for Julia of BeaconScrap. She’s come out with a great new kit, entitled Yesterdays, that can be purchased at her store for only $1.00! Be sure to stop by and take a look.

I apologize for not having any freebies for you for quite some time. My goal was to have a kit ready for you or almost ready for you by now. But with the problems that my computer has been having, I haven’t been able to work on anything. However, I do have good news.
My new chip is on order and should be here on Tuesday. That will double the RAM that I currently have on my computer taking it back up to where it was before the problem. I realized, as I was getting ready to order the chip, that my computer can only take a maximum of 1 gig of RAM. So, that will have to do until I can get another computer. However, I worked with 1 gig in the past and can do so again. I hope to be back at designing on Tuesday afternoon. I can’t promise when I’ll have a freebie for you, but one will be forthcoming, I promise!

I’m back home and finally able to post your QP’s from a computer that works. It does take longer to do thing with half of the RAM that it used to have. But, more RAM will be forthcoming so I’m patiently waiting. Since I have to buy a chip, I’m hoping to get a 1 gig chip which will take me back to where I was before the problems and then in a few months get another 1 gig chip. If I can do that, I’ll end up with twice what I used to have. I’m not sure this old thing could handle much more than 2 gigs of RAM. Even though it’s slow, it’s working!! I’m excited.
We had a wonderful time away -- thanks for asking! It’s so nice to know that we are not alone in the struggles of ministry, although ours are somewhat different than a lot of the pastors that were at the conference. Sometimes we feel like Elijah, but there are 7,000 others that have not bowed the knee to Baal and that’s encouraging!
